Wellington Steele & Associates Inc. is expanding and as such we are seeking successful Sales Associate candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit. Those who display a willingness to go the extra mile, exude a strong work ethic, display resourcefulness and a "get it done” attitude.

 

We have experienced tremendous growth in our outsourced remote and contracted technical contractor divisions. Areas of focus are IT Security, Software Development, IT Network Management and Senior IT Sales Associates. This position requires a high-energy, dynamic, and success driven salesperson who has demonstrated success in building new client relationships and attaining quota in a “hunter role”. Our successful candidates will sell strategic employee fulfillment needs to our clients through either direct placements or contracting outsourced personnel to fulfill specific client needs.. Experience selling Security Consulting, Software Development projects and Information Technology Professionals is preferred. These senior, consultative sales roles are quota driven positions and will require you to manage all aspects of the sales process including; lead generation, qualification and continuing account management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate Wellington Steele’s value proposition to potential new clients
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing client sales opportunities
  • Work closely with a dedicated recruiting team to fulfill and deliver qualified candidates to your client
  • Assist new clients in defining, developing and creating project scope, manpower budgets and project timelines for successful deployments
  • Meet or exceed our mutually defined new client acquisition metrics
  • Meet or exceed our mutually agreed upon revenue goals

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience with consistent achievement of quota attainment
  • Demonstrated success selling consulting, security or recruiting services
  • Experience in building relationships with net new clients from a “hunting” role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills
