Role Overview:
We re seeking a Document Control Coordinator to join our engineering and operations team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and update technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and bills of material (BOMs) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards. This position plays a key role in supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth document flow across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track all engineering change notices (ECNs) for drawings, specifications, and other production documents.

  • Update part records, BOMs, and operations data within the MRP system (Epicor experience a plus).

  • Communicate approved changes across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to release new and revised documentation.

  • Maintain organized records and support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in document control, configuration management, manufacturing engineering, or quality control.

  • Hands-on experience with BOMs, labor routing, and MRP/ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Ability to work independently and manage documentation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
